Where can I find student enrollment reports?
You can find public and administrative (login required) reports on our Access Data page under Student Data.
Why do my enrollment numbers not match DAIR reports?
Differences in data may exist because of when the data were generated and the source of the data.
Most DAIR reports use census (10-day) numbers.
Where can I find definitions of the different data?
The Data Glossary contains definitions of content found in DAIR systems, reports, and dashboards.

How do I get access to DAIR systems?
You can view and update your unit’s authorizations through the DAIR Systems Authorization Form. Anyone within the unit can initiate the form. Only the executive officer (EO) can submit the form. Once the changes have been made, there is an option to create an email notifying the EO that a form is ready to approve.
Dashboards are not loading, what do I need to do?
If the dashboard does not load, please visit the site in private/incognito mode or clear your browser cache and disable browser add-ons.
Access Denied?
Some reports have access restrictions. Check the individual webpage of the dashboard, report, or system for access details.
